Your folder format inside the download is slightly different from others and you have it nested inside of the root folder in directory called lua, which contains the addon.txt and relevant files. In order to set just the access time (mtime) use this snippet: mtime must be a datetime stat os.stat(filename) times must have two floats (unix timestamps): (atime, mtime) os.utime(filename, times(stat.statime, mtime.timestamp())) Or use this utility.
